To all VW would be mechanics, watch how this guy changes the fan belt. Not recommended by OSHA, but with easy access to the engine compartment and belt and it might work.

hey thats how I do it on my Ford F650!, sometimes the wrench goes flying and you gotta pick it outta the wall.
