Joined limbo but not sure if it is ON.

Hi all
I Joined Limbo and 2 weeks later my Old ISP when out of business and I needed to change my info and couldnt to my new ISP and all that good stuff. Im not getting anywhere. Im not getting anything and can not sign in on members area. I paid about 2 months ago and can go no where. What or who do I need to talk to to get this squared away?? I wanted to put in a small add to show off the windshield covers that I make and have been selling for the last few years. I think some of the Limbo members have purchased one in the past and I wanted to do a small ad to show them to my website so they can get there own. Not sure what or who I need to talk with and cant go further.
