Auxillary Battery

I am about to install the Auxillary Battery in my 91 westy.  With out modifying the connections what will I be able to run on this battery?  Is it a smaller battery that a parts store would know about?  Lastly, if my main battery dies will this jump the car?  So many questions ??? <br><br>Thanks

The aux. battery as wired will power the interior lights, sink pump, and fridge when on battery.  You can wire it to include the stereo, outlets, etc. though.
