Starter for 86 Wolfsburg

Having trouble starting my van after a long winter without use.  I tried to jump it, but found the battery was fine.  After investigating, I'm wondering if I need a new starter, if connections are loose, or something else is wrong.  <br><br>Any thoughts?

I have an '84 Westy and it wouldn't start. I cleaned all the grounds and the connections at the starter, and yahoo! it started. The trick here is clean them no matter how they look. Mine looked fine, but they weren't. Good Luck
