Brake stuck

I noticed my Single cab was lacking power, I get home to find the rear brake smoking, red hot. I jack it up and the brake is stuck on.  I didn't take it apart yet but it has new wheel cylinders , spring kits and fluid replaced (about a year old) What is the problem and what will I find when I take it apart?

Thanks, I didn't think about the E brake. I did use it before they locked up.  I will do some exploring this weekend.

Brad when was the last time the rubber lines to the rear brakes were replaced? Was it just one side that was hot? Or did the back two wheels get hot? Could solve your problem? Just my 2 cents

Wow, this post was from 3 years ago.  Rich, you were right, the rubber brake lines were clogged.  I replaced them.  All good now! Thanks everybody!
