well ya know its getting cold in NH & im about done working on the bus for the year, but yesterday when more parts arrived at my house, my wife asked " i thought you werent getting any more parts this year" so i told her it wasnt for this year it was for the spring! i think i can longer deny i have a vanagon addiction :roll:

in the bentley it says idle stabilizer should buzz or hum when motor is running mine does it only at start up for maybe three seconds or so...digifant system 2.1l 1988 but no humming or buzzing after, can i conclude this part is bad? :?:

i took a 110 mile white mountain excursion last weekend and was very impressed with the cornering grip, no sway, i didnt have proper tires before and my bus blew around like a flag, if people passed me my bus would sway :lol: no probs now, ive never had the Hankook brand but am happy w/ these yokos. are the hankooks more of harder compound tire?

so did you get it installed? mines got a little leak on fill ups under the drivers side door from the line and i havent decided if im gonna do it myself yet any DIYers that have done this job w/ advice? :shock:

SO i finally got my Yokos delivered & had them mounted & boy the ride is nice. D rating 8 ply they ran 79.00 per w/ mounting ended up being 569.00 total for five tires..best thing about them is they say Super Van on the side wall!! these are a viable alternative to the Hankook tires

thats it exactly the amount of knowledge & background experience is just overwhelming, buts its so appreciated to have the folks contributing to the success of others just for the simple love of the vehicle...its a beautiful thing :wink:
