Bay window concerns / Vanagon seats in a bay

I have heard that vanagon seats would slide right into the bay window tracks. I now have two Vanagon seats and they don't slide in, must I alter the seats or am I missing something?

Kimball's farm in Westford has a cruise night on Thursdays 6 till 9 anyone interested in showing off thier busses? It would be fun to get a group of busses to show up.
