I got a pair of seatbelts from a vanagon, I was gonna put them in the bus, I made the brackets to retrofit them for my 78. but I uncovered a rust issue where they bolt to, so I cannot use them.
they are black with the brown plastic covers, all hardware ( nutz and bolts ect..) comes with them. $40

also, to retro fit them in a bus, they essentially are mounted upside down, the retractable spindle is on the pedestal next to the seat.
